Fees

Generally fees for outsourced grant and contract administration are based on a modest percent of expenditures processed by GrantsPlus, (i.e., payroll and non-payroll expenditures). However, fees may vary depending on the complexity and breadth of services GrantsPlus is performing. For clients with more complex requirements or system customizations, additional fees may apply. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are billed on a monthly basis payable at the end of each month. We also offer a comprehensive administrative services program designed specifically for smaller nonprofits with annual operating expenditures of at least $250,000. Fees for the Grant Management Advantage Program are based on a one-time set-up fee, a modest monthly maintenance charge and a small per transaction fee based on transaction volume.
